Friends, sometimes we are guilty of saying things that we don’t mean, or doing things that we are not supposed to, at the heat of the moment. This can cause so much hurt to the other party and the best thing to do when we are angry is to remember Allah, Istighfar, and remind ourselves that “the strong man is not the one who can wrestle, but it is the one who can control himself when he is angry.” (Bukhari)
May Allah make us those who will always remain calm, especially when being provoked, Amin.
